Posting here rather than the 'I Wanna' board as I think OSers will probably know the answer.
My grandma has a couple of older recipes that she'd like to use again (so would I actually) but she can't track down two of the ingredients.
One is Caraway Seeds, the other Tapioca Flakes
I have found Caraway Seeds on a health food site, but the postage makes them very expensive. I can't find Tapioca Flakes anywhere.
Anyone know where they can be found?

I'd try your local wholefoods shop - even in the back of beyond here I have a choice of 2 within 15 mins drive.
Even a chain like Holland & Barrett or Julian Graves might have it.There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't

Thanks Hunnymonster
Julian Graves don't, but I will admit I've not had the chance to check H&B for them yetDFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -

My local Tesco has caraway seeds; I think they're the Schwartz brand. Might be worth trying if you have a branch nearby0

Thanks - I've just checked the local online shopping for Ocado, Tesco and Sainsburys - the Sainsburys have Caraway Seeds, but I know my Grandma checked her local store not long ago and couldn't find them - I'll see if I can find them nearer to me.
Still no joy with the Tapioca Flakes though
Edit - should have said, neither Ocado nor Tesco have eitherDFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -
Could you use tapioca flour instead ? it might even be the same stuff..... in the "free from" section ?
My last caraway seeds same from the Green Shop in Berwick-on-Tweed (bit of a hike for you though) - my first stop for anything vaguely yoghurt-weavery
