moving house - transporting oil in Belfast?

Hi
I've decided to move house, unfortunately just after I got 500 litres of heating oil and I can't really afford to leave it behind. Does anyone know of an oil company that will transport it between houses in Belfast and roughly how much it costs (new tenants don't want to purchase it) - I've seen from google a few companies in England that offer this service but couldn't find any locally - know any?
Thanks

Would you not be better seeing if the new person moving into your house would 'buy' it from you, even at a reduced rate? If you know who they are that is...0

I tried that, but they're not interested, they probably think that I'll end up leaving it behind and they'll get it for free.0

When our tank sprang a leak oil was transfered from the leaky one to the new one via a tanker, so you could see if they would move it for you. The company is Titan tanks based in Portadown, sorry dont know there contact details.0

I think Hylands will do it for you. I've always found them very accommodating.Norn Iron Club member 4730

thanks for the help everyone - i found one that does it (Knockbracken Fuels) but it's at least £125 - and the oil is only worth about £200 at most so not really worth my while with them - tried Hyland Fuels but they don't do it.0

Get one of these & do it yourself using jars / jerrycans.

The company you bought it from should be willing to do it. After all they will want to keep you as a customer.
Any oil delivery company has the capability to do it (after all this is how they reclaim oil from non-payers) so it's just a case of getting one who is willing to do so. Perhaps if you also offer to buy some oil from them at the same time it might just sway them.0
