Help with mortgage quotes

I would like to know how much i could borrow if I were to take out a mortgage, could anyone help how i could do this?
properties i am looking at are £70k - £90k. My bank accs are with Barclays and Santander.
Any help would be great!

Do you have any outstanding debts (credit cards, loans etc)?
Is your credit file clean?
How much deposit do you have saved?

What is your salary? approx £21k differs every year due to 2 jobs
Do you have any outstanding debts (credit cards, loans etc)? yes 2 credit cards with £2000 total debt
Is your credit file clean? yes have done a credit check
How much deposit do you have saved? could get roughly £8-10k

From those figures it looks like it might be possible for you but you mention having 2 jobs so how they make up your total salary could be relevant.

Your best bet would be to contact a whole of market mortgage advisor and go through the figures properly. They will do an affordability test with you to make sure you can afford the repayments and also advise whether a suitable 90% mortgage might be available to you based on your exact circumstances.

When you say you 'can get' 8-10K deposit - have you saved this money or will someone be loaning or giving you this amount? This would also affect your application.
