You need to check exactly where they deliver for furniture etc. They have 3 (I think) zones and some items are not always available in every area. Check the postcodes they deliver to at the bottom of the listing. A couple of times I've found a chair I like, but it's not available to my postcode. So disappointing but I keep looking and hoping.
The sideboard isn't available for south delivery, but is for north.

What an absolute shambles this has turned out to be.

Delivery within 14 days - NO

Murder getting through on the phone, emails never replied to. Finally got through to someone who said I had ordered an OAK sideboard. I said no I ordered a BEECH sideboard ... then look on feedback and notice they've been negged for delivering an Oak sideboard instead of beech to someone else.

Really bad service and would say to leave well alone, they haven't a clue and the neg feedback is filling fast.

(littlewoods outlet are fab though, got anitem delivered next day, so some know how to please a customer)

I ordered an oak sideboard on the day this thread was made, got a letter saying delivery would be after 17th nov as waiting for stock. Got a call today, no stock so they are cancelling order and refunding money. Grrr not fair! Why take orders if they dont have stock??

Noticed they take money straight away, yet it takes them 5days to put it back.

Should i have kicked up a fuss? Would it have gotten me anything?

Anyone got an oak one spare? Was looking forward to getting it too
