I have some interesting news...
With Pepe's help, I went for the CCA request with MBNA after they decided to be [EMAIL="tw@ts"]tw@ts[/EMAIL] again after over 4 years...and guess what? No CCA from them so it looks like its unenforceable...letter going off tomorrow...
