1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, lastminute.com, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 years of age require parental/guardian’s permission to take part and to be awarded prize.
4. Draw closes 31.10.10.
5. No purchase necessary.

7. The first 5,000 entrants will receive a free copy of Real Scotland - The Insider’s Guide from VisitScotland. If you have chosen not to have any further communication from VisitScotland this will be the only communication we will make with you following your entry into this competition.
8. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for 2 people for a 3-night stay at a 4-star self-catering lodge at Clan Donald Skye, on the Isle of Skye; 2 x 3-course dinner and 1 bottle of wine at the Stables Restaurant at Clan Donald Skye; 2 x entry into the museum and gardens at Clan Donald Skye; 2 x 5-course meal and 1 bottle of wine at Kinloch Lodge, Skye. Prize also includes return flights for 2 people courtesy of British Airways flying from London City Airport to Glasgow Airport.
9. Prize also includes £400 spending and travel money. Any additional expenses, transfers and travel arrangements are not included or covered by The Promoter.
10. All elements of prize package are available until 30.05.11, excluding Christmas and New Year; between 23.10.10 and 22.04.11 the Stables Restaurant is only open for dinner Thursday to Saturday evening. All elements are subject to change; subject to availability, and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
11. The prize must be taken in full by 30.05.11.
12. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. One winner will be drawn at random on 14.11.10 under independent supervision from all entries received and notified in writing within 14 days. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received within 14 days of prize winner notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
15. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
