Cant recommend these highly enough. They definately cut out background noise and the sound is amazing!

You will hear only what your iPod, mp3 player, whatever is playing.

Trust me.

I've actually been accused of being rude and anti-social at my gym because someone has spoken to me behind my back and I've not heard them because of the moulded fit of these earplugs.
