Every time I go to this restaurant near my hotel the staff seem completely unable to tell the time.
Happy hours are 6 'til 7 and 9 'til 10pm, yet I am invariably charged happy hour prices for the majority of my visits irrespective of the time.
Two draft beers for the price of one, or half price appetisers. It doesn't matter what I order or when, somehow the timestamp on my order always seems to fall between these times.
Tonight it got even more ridiculous. After time had been called and all the other customers had left, my glass was removed and an additional half of beer was added without my consent, AT NO EXTRA COST!
What should I do? Should I go somewhere else and pay full price or should I continue to frequent this inept establishmment just to keep a record of how much they undercharge me?
