That's great! Have class time! :)
  • I'm actually getting a bit worried about this. They ring me up and want to know all 4 of my friends addresses, DOB as well. And one that now strikes me after being a little slow is booking me up at Pontins for a nights stay and asking for credit cards to do so. Now they will not allow me to ring back saying she will do it. I can't seem to track the 020 number to anywhere.

Can somebody help please. I think I'm being done here..

  • I also won 4 tickets so thanks to the thread starter for pointing it out! Only after checking my junk mail randomly so that was lucky!

Quirkafleeg (you didn't used to post on Football Forums did you?) - I've been in contact with a girl called Terri who's been really helpful. They said they emailed out a reference number but I never received it so she told it over the phone. Apparently you only need your reference number and ID for each person.

They are available on the phone till late each night (9/10pm) and the number I've been using is 020 3286 5489. Sometimes it doesn't connect but I just 'call back' on my phone and it gets through.

For competition winners it's £60 pp for standard accommodation (slight discount) and £80 for VIP (which doesn't actually save anything).

This competition was a promotion gimmick imho. I "won" four tickets, and then realised you have to pay for accommodation at Pontins, which includes the cost of the entry tickets. Therefore competition "winners" get a tiny discount for very basic accommodation - don't know if anyone has seen basic Pontins accommodation recently but frankly I wouldn't let my dogs sleep in there, and "winners" get no reduction for VIP rooms. Therefore it isn't really a prize at all, just a ruse for you to get three mates to lob out money for a music festival with a line up that is pretty third rate.
