Home Delivery Network Limited left a card on my gate saying that they had called but missed me, I had no idea that they were calling to make a delivery. It was a bit of luck that the card was still on the gate when I got home late last week.
Tried to get into HDNL websitem mentioned on their card the phone number that was on the card is automated therefore could not speak to a human. Hdnl website gave alternative days for delivery but it also said that their delivery time are from 8am to 8pm. On that basic I decided to travel to Wembley to pick up my item from there depot. It took an hour of my time to get to the depot today. When I got to there I was told that I could not pick my item up as I had to make an appointment to do that. I said that I could not wait in all day for a delivery. The person there kept saying that I did not pay for a morning or afternoon delivery, I told that the delivery was free with the order then she well what do you want to do. I was told that I could not make another delivery date as I could not wait in from 8am to 8pm. She then said call back again tomorrow and pick it up or have it sent back. I was really cross when shed told to come back again tomorrow as I had spent an hour travelling to get to their depot. I told her to send it back but I would be complaining about their service.

I wanted the item that purchase but the depot was not willing to give it to me today becasue I had not made appointment wsith them to pick it up. I had the card that they left for me with ,my order number was on it. I also told the person there that I had photo ID and confirmation of my address as they specified on their website I needed to take to pick up my order from them, but they refused to get the item for me.

I want to complain to Amazon and tell them that I had to send the order back as the company that they were using would not let me collect it from their depot because I had not made an appointment do to so.
How can I make this complain to Amazon, I cannot find anywhere on their website to do this and I do not have an email address or phone number, any help please.

Can you have home delivery depot deliver to your work address or not? I get the sense you cant.

I feel your pain as I have been to the HDL network depot in forest hill, nightmare.

I also have been trying to ring amazon - but cannot find a number anywhere. - would like to know the answer to this one!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Sorry but it is clear on the card and website that you need to make an appointment to collect from depot. Also their phone system isn't completely automated, I've spoken to somebody (although I don't recall if they have a free phone number so I like to get off quick!) This is because they run skeleton staff and they need time/staff to find your package out of the hundreds and thousands they have in their depot.

I too find it frustrating but on your confirmation email from amazon it will tell you if HDNL is the delivery agent.

I've made an appointment to collect before and been told I hadn't upon arrival, I refused to leave and eventually they agreed as the packages had been put by for me!

The phone number is easy enough to find if you take more than 30 seconds to look, but here it is:

Thank you for your kind help beleive it or not I did have a good look around the website but could not find the details that you both gave me.

    Thanks again.

Bluefuzzeybug it is not my fault that they run a skeleton staff and I would have though going there to pick up an order would have saved them making a second call to my home. But they would rather alienate customer by not getting their customers packages in some sort of orders.....this would help them give customers a good services.
