Outstanding Premiums with the Cheshire

I have received a letter telling me I have outstanding premiums on the mortgae which will be added to the mortgage balance and will attract interest. What are these for please I don't understand?

    I did ring the Cheshire but did not understand what she said something about unpaid insurance but I have always paid the Cheshire the same amount each month so where have these charges come from?

    How much are they asking for?

    Do you have your buildings insurance with them or with somebody else?

    Has your buildings insurance ever ran out and not been renewed?
