    Well to be honest I wasn't going to have a pension at all but when I found out that partnership is free anyway then I decided that was the better option.
    I have one last question. It says that if your in the partnership pension then you will have to pay the standard rate of NI which I think is 11%? But if you 'contract-out' of the S2P you still pay 11% but a 1.6% rebate is paid into your pension pot instead.
    In the Nuvos pension you don't have that choice, your automatically 'contracted out' so...
    will their 1.6% NI rebate also be paid into their pension. Or do they just only pay 9.4% NI in the first place?
