Sorry if there is a similar post, I did do a quick search but couldn't find anything.
I recently ordered from additions direct and used a code. I didn't get the discount so wanted to return the item. When I checked the bank they had recredited me for the item but charged me for the p&p. I called and they said it was there policy to charge whether or not you keep the item.
So the moral of the story is make sure the item is exactly what you want before purchasing!!!
