hope you peeps can help.
I was looking at a job advertised but it says this pass was needed,
how do I go about getting one,
I know it is a security based thing and should be no problem for me as I have been 'Nuclear Installation' cleared

Do you mean to work in an airport? If so, when I used to be cabin crew airside passes were issued by the airport security of the airport you are based at, you can't get one without a job offer. Once we accepted the job offer we had to provide a 5 year checkable work history and any gaps of more than three days had to be verified. Once these references were confirmed the airport issued you with a pass.
Maybe the advert means you would need to be able to meet the criteria required in order that one could be issued? Each pass is specific to the job you are working in and will allow access to different areas of the airport.0
