Switching Buy to Let

Hi,
I have a buy to let mortgage on a one bedroom flat and a regular mortgage on a 2 bedroom house which has been my home for the last 2 years. My question is, can I switch where I live and rent out my 2 bedroom house instead? I've recently become single and feel that I could get much better rental from the 2 bedroom property and I no longer need so much space?

My concern is that this might not be legal seeing as the Buy to Let mortgage is with the one bedroom flat.

I don't have any desire to get into trouble but would a. the bank have any way of finding out that I'd switched properties? and b. would it be a problem, seeing as I am still going to be able to pay both mortgages?

I'd really appeciate any advice. Thanks!
