CCJ whilst in Prison!

  • Hope you get this sorted.
I had a similar issue with Yorks Water. Hit me with a £400 bill and wanted it paying ASAP - offered increased instalments. Took me to court and got CCJ for £377 - even though I paid it within 28days it was not marked as satisfied as I refused to pay court costs.
This CCJ has just stopped me from getting a new job... Grrrr....
    Be warned!!

    Ok stop messing about.

Do a Subject Access Request and then start a redetermination request.

OMG!! I'm SOOO ticked off!! I went to the county court to ask them for copies of the warrant of executions that was allegedly issued against me and guess what??!! There has NEVER EVER been one applied for or issued against me for this debt!! The only thing issued against me was a ccj for £97 and a claim form issued in Dec 09. Now what really REALLY angers me is that just yesterday these muppets call me up saying they still want me to pay them £197 and when i asked how that amount came about i was told £100 is for the WARRANT OF EXECUTION and the lying BAS***** even give me a warrant number that doesn't exist!! I seriously want to know do them over for LYING about this warrant! What should i do next?
