Bankruptcy forms

Hi Im new to this so any advice would be greatley appreciated.

Myself and husband are struggling with an IVA and are about to petition our bankruptcy, our IVA hasnt been failed yet but we have missed more than 3 payments and hav obtained an overdraft of £3500 to make ends meet. Our IVA company have no objection to us doing this and have gave us a letter to confirm to take to court. We have just opened a co op cashminder account and have changed wages etc all over, our account with the overdraft will be frozen. Do i put this new account on our forms? also at the time of completing the forms we have nil cash at the bank, however our wages will go in in the next few weeks so we will then have money in, however there will be our direct debits etc to come out, will this be ok if I put nil down at the moment? Im so confused with these forms so any advice would be great. thanks

That is fine. If it is there to cover bills, the it's accounted for and shouldn't be listed as spare cash.
