1. The reason they are coming round to cheque your bloods, urine etc is because you have signed up to a personal protection policy so either a Income protection policy or life policy. They will have it loaded with commission so any comparison site will be able to quote you much cheaper.
2. These debt management companies make me laugh but the banks are just as bad. I used to work for a debt company and we recieved reffarls from banks as long as we charged a reduce fee!!!0 -
Iso 9001 refers to their quality management systems I would guess this is an indication of how efficient they are at stripping money from their clients.0
