1. Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Carlsberg UK Ltd and BSkyB Ltd, their associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter, consumers must submit details of the 3D moment that would make their best night in by visiting https://www.carlsberg.co.uk and following the instructions. Maximum of one entry per person per day.
3. Entries must be received between 1st October 2010 and midnight on 7th January 2011 (�Promotion Period�). No entries will be accepted after this time.
4. Prize: There is one prize to be won which consists of a 47 inch LG 3D TV, a Sky+HD box, a year�s subscription to Sky World and Sky+HD, and four pairs of 3D glasses.
5. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged by an independent panel and the prize winner will be selected.
6. The winner will be selected on or around the 14th January 2011 and will be notified by no later than 28th February 2011.
7. The winner will receive their prize within 56 days of them being notified that they have won.
8. If you are the winner, you will be required to enter into three subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months� free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply. Unless you change your package you will pay the prevailing price for Sky (currently �51 per month). Other Sky TV packages available (currently ranging from �19 - �51 per month). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise currently �10 per month) and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. Sky+HD requires Sky TV, a Sky+HD box and the HD Pack (currently an extra �10 per month). If you have the standard definition Sky Sports or Sky Movies channel in your package you will receive the high definition version of that channel if available in the HDPack. The channels you receive with your HD Pack will depend on your Sky TV package. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. You will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Extra costs apply for non-standard installation. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line for the minimum term of 12 months. If you need a minidish you are responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord�s) before installation. Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels subject to change. Existing Sky digital customers will receive a free Sky World subscription, Sky+ subscription and Sky+HD subscription for 12 months. Multiroom is not included in the prize. Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner�s prize. Winners must redeem their prize within one year, failure to process your installation application within this time period could result in loss of prize. Sky will not be responsible for delay caused by third parties. Sky may refuse entry or withdraw the prize if you or anyone you authorise to deal with your entry acts in a way towards staff of Sky or the Promoter which Sky reasonably considers to be inappropriate. 9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entry into the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. All winners will be contacted using the details provided to enter the promotion. If any prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter�s discretion.
13. The prize winner may be asked to take part in promotional activities, plus provide a digital photograph of themselves for use on a promotional website. The Promoter also reserves the right to use any entries in its marketing material. It is a condition of entry that you agree to such use and to sign any necessary promotional releases.
