Am I entitled to a refund on these 2 items?

Hi all, not sure if I have the right board.....

I have a childs top from Primark with the label removed but still kept that is has a ridiculously small hole for the head. I don't have the receipt but might still be able to find it. Any ideas if I can get a refund/credit note?

I also have a bra bought from Debenhams 6 weeks ago & the underwire has come out. I still have the receipt but obviously it's been worn. All I want for this is an exchange not a refund. Do you know if I can get one?

Many thanks.

for the bra - yes you should be able to get an exchange. as far as i am aware you need a receipt for primark to return, however if its still got its tags, i'm sure they will excahge it.

Don't think you'll get very far with the top because you removed the tag.

If an item is faulty or you believe (and can prove) and item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund receipt or not tags or not -though they will need to be able to tell it comes from the store itself (unless they have changed the law recently).

You are entitled to a refund for a faulty item - six weeks is not long enough to be proper wear and tear.

Thanks guys. I thought I should be able to get a refund on the bra, it was the top I'm not sure about. In my mind its faulty because the head hole is tiny (& I've taken a fairly honest look at my son & would say he has an average head!). I might try it just to see as I have to go back for another refund anyway.
