morgage help !!!!

Hi,
can anyone advise me if there is, or do you know any morgage companys that lend on the amount that you can repay each month, rather than your yearly salery

    There are companies that will lend on an affordability calculation rather than income multiples - what loan amounts are you looking at?

    If you look through the messages on this board there are some that refer to exactly this!

    IF,Abbey,Standard Life Bank and others all lend on affordability (Abbey I think up to 4.2x Salary if you have ap erfect credit history and no extra outgoings!)

  • if you try skipton building society. website says income multiple but I know its affordability they work on.

    bit complicated to explain on here how it works but income multiple does not come into it. at all.
