Help after BR

Options
Hi all, last time i came on here was last year looking for advice as i was thinking of going BR, well i went BR in December and a couple of weeks ago i got my letter saying i had been discharged early, all good so far, what i would like to know is are there still restrictions in place for me even though i have been discharged?? Also are there things i should be doing now ive been discharged to do with my previous debt or my future money situation?? Do i need to be proactive with anything?? I had some good advice last time i came on here so hoping for the same now :) Cheers

Hi INAMESS, then if you have no IPA.......your free!! I'd wait a few months and then clear up your credit file.

follow the instructions in IF's post above...you dont have to do the cleanup BUT if you do it can help if any problems pop up later down the line

best time to start it? straight away although I usually tell folks to leave it a month or two after discharge

Hi thanks for the good wishes :) How do people build up their credit rating after bankruptcy? I guess cleaning up the file is the start but what about after that?
