I've got a rather ancient HP deskjet 940c that from time to time refuses to print. It often happen after it's run out of paper, I load it up again but it won't start. The printer symbol at the bottom of the screen has a red ? on it. If I click on that it says the printing is in a queue. When I switch it off sometimes when I switch it on again it whirres into life, not always, sometimes it will be the next day before the gremlins get going again. How can I get the queue to start moving, I've got some printing that I need to do tonight. Help. Pleese.
