    However there are good shared equity schemes available to allow even the most nervous of FTB onto that first crucial ladder rung.
  • BTL is still a great long term investment, my family have alot of BTL and add a new property to the portfolio every 6 months, you just need a good down payment and make sure you buy in rentable areas e.g. type of people who rent cant afford cars so you need good public transport, they also might work in factories/shops so by buying close to these you can get these people long term.
