Hiya,
Getting our house valued tomorrow
and am so nervous. Have spent all day cleaning even though want it to be valued low - am driving myself round the bend (not to mention the rest of the family
).
Anyway, we have had the redemption statement thru from our mortgage provider and this includes approx £10k in early redemption charges (we took out a 15 year term 3 years ago). Will the OR take all this into account when working out we are in negative equity or do they just look at what we have outstanding on our mortgage at the mo?
Am i making any sense? My head is spinning and am getting myself very worked up.
Thanks guys,
Jedi x
