new pvc door and dog flap prices ???

We need a new PVC double glazed door ASAP.

Had a quote today for £500 for a white or £600 for a mahogany coloured door.

Does anyone know if this seems about right ?

We also need to buy a dog flap to put in the new door...any suggestions about where to buy one,what sort of price to pay- or any other tips about dog flaps -would be most welcome.

I'll need to buy something in person as opposed to ordering online in order to speed up the whole process.

The sales man seemed happy enough about potentially cutting a hole and fitting our dog flap in either a glass panel OR a pvc panel although he said that the pvc option would be preferable. Actually our door being broken -and needing replaced -couldn't have happened at a better time because we've only had our puppy a few weeks and a dog flap will save me having to get up every 10 minutes to let him in or out.
