Cheap microsoft digital image suite?

Can anyone find it cheaper that £46 at Amazon? I would prefer the latest version 10- but would be interested in a very cheap v9? Can anyone suggest any cheap suppliers?

There are a number of free image manipulation software packages out there. I'd say the three biggies are:-

Picasa (already mentioned) - good for basic manipulation, but primarily photo alum software

Irfanview - small, simple, easy to use, but possibily too limited functionality

GIMP - A full on free photoshop! (but like photoshop, a little complex to master...)

Take a look, see if any of them can help you out

Microsoft were giving away a free photo tool if your had a genuine copy of Windows.
