    We bought the BI in our property at the very beginning of going through Mortgage Rescue.

    Our CAB advisor spoke to our OR who confirmed to him that if the rescue failed and we had to have the house repossessed, the shortfall would be included in our BR. Purchasing the BI would make no difference.

    Who's right? Seems a confusing issue.

    Quick update, did the BACS transfer to OR - guess they can't change their mind now lol. Just waiting to hear back from them now. Thread by The-Lorax on getting mortgage after BR boosted my positive thinking no end. There is light at the end of the tunnel and no it's not a high speed train lol.
