Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place, I thought it was the most relevant!
I am just going through the Boots.com website filling my basket with all the xmas presents I want to get everyone (Of course I will be waiting for the points event before I order!) but I have now got a problem!
I have added 3 items that are included on the 3 for 2 offer, however instead of the cheapest item coming up as free I am just getting a 'missed offer' notice. I have added three of the same item and it still happens.
Has anyone else had this problem, or knows why this happens?

Just wondering if anybody could tell me that when boots have the special points event if i were to spend £100 would i also be able to use my 1000 points voucher ? I`m going to be ordering online as i`am going away to butlins that week so wouldnt be possible for me to go instore, Many thanks in advance :-)0

No, I ordered some 3for2 items along with the £5 parenting club offer & it worked fine for me, Try again later probley was a problem with the website :-)0 -
I had the same problem the other day. In my case there were a couple of gifts that had 2 offers attached. They were all included in the 3 for 2 And also 2 of them were on another offer-can't remember specifically now-might have been Soap and Glory -yep it was-here is an example-

It doesn't seem to recognise 3 for 2 maybe because the department is different eg 3 for 2 indulgent bathing/3for 2 facial skincare/hand bodycare & No 7.

Whenever I have had a problem with the site I have called them up and they resolve it then and there for me. Have you tried calling them up?0
