Student Loan Any Experience's

Options
I have paid off my student loan in full last week, i now have a balance of £0.00. I have not worked since the beginning of the year 2010, so have not paid any other monies back in this period.

I am going travelling for a year or two, campervan, no fixed abode, so no postal address. I am going in around ten weeks.

Will the SLC now close my account, and send me no more paperwork?

I ask, will they now send me anything by post ever again. Its just i do not want anything sent to my old address, confidential data etc?

They say they will send a closing paid in full balance letter in the next few weeks, will that be it.

I ask because saying is one thing, doing is another....Any experiences...

Thanks

I've not had any experience with this but I'd expect that after the final statement they'd have nothing to say to you.
However if you're worried, how about changing your address to your parents or other family member's address? that way if they do send you something it'll end up somewhere you can get at it.
