They were on offer for most of last month in Sainsbury's at £1.24 for 30, but now they seem to be £2.45 there, Asda and Tesco: http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/Breakfast_Cereals/Nestle_Shredded_Wheat_30_per_pack_675g.html0

My DD likes Shreddies for her breakfast, but is happy to eat Sainsbury's or Tesco's own brand. She does say that Asda's own brand taste horrible and can we please not buy them again... so but a little box of own brand to try them first.;)
Ever since I tried Organic Weetabix i've not been able to eat the shop's own brand, or even ordinary Weetabix - the organic ones taste like they used to when I was a kid, which makes the others taste like they're made from cardboard, so once you swop brands don't go back to the premium brand.:oMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
