Hi Guys
Ive made up some traditional snowman soup but remember a while ago someone posting re: a Fairy version with strawberry milkshake - has anyone got any bright ideas re: what else to put in with the milkshake and any little ditties?
I also thought about one for boys, maybe a spaceship themed one with the flying saucers in - if any of you craft genuises have any great ideas Id love to hear them!
Im not that great at coming up with the ideas but I have come across some really lovely people and lovely ideas on here !!
thanks in advance

You could use the pink edible glitter I have seen it in the baking isle in Asda, and they also sell packs of little silver fairy wands(they are with all the birthday cups/plates etc.
For boys how about a little monkey one with those banana shaped sweets you can get them in most supermarkets.

Thanks for that - I did buy some of those monkey sweets! Tesco have 3 packs for £1!
Ill look for those fairy wands in the birthday section -!
Thanks!0 -
You could do chocolate covered spoons using white chocolate and sprinkles for the fairy ones and the same for the boys spaceship theme substituting that popping candy for the sprinklesPucker up and kiss it Whoville! - The Grinch:kiss:0

I did these last christmas, Princess Milkshake and Cheeky Monkey Milkshake. I made them in smoothie cups. The Princess one had strawberry milkshake powder in the bottom, with white chocolate buttons and mini marshmallows. The Cheeky monkey one had chocolate milkshake powder, milk chocolate buttons and banana sweets in them. heres a couple of pics -
The poems say -
Princess Milkshake -
Pink Princess powder, white chocolate too,
Perfect for princesses and girls like you
Add some milk and mix it through
Make a wish and hope it comes true
Cheeky Monkey Milkshake -
Chocolate powder, and buttons too
Bananas to eat just like monkeys do
Add some milk and mix it through
Perfect for a cheeky chimp like you! You're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0 -

Can I ask where you get the smoothie cups?
The marshmallows I have got for my snowman soup are a mix of pink and white, and I thought that I could separate them, and use the pink for this as a "Christmas Fairy Milkshake"0 -
Ive just bought some from ebay - 50 for £14 -

hi Emma, you managed to get some smoothie cups, thats great!! Thank you all for your lovely comments, I packaged the milkshake powder into cello bags in the bottom, then topped with the buttons and marshmallows / bananas. All topped off with matching pink and yellow straws (from Home Bargains). If anyone wants a copy of the labels, I think I still have them on my pc (they are serif labels so you will need this software on your pc, you can get a free download off the internet, thats what I did!)You're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0
