Could someone please advise re a query about filling in section 4 of the above. Where a creditor has passed on dealing with an account to a debt collection agency, is it the name/address details of the original creditor that needs to be entered or those of the debt collection firm?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I put the name of the original creditors on my BR application. When I had my OR interview I asked him about that, he said it was fine, that he would be writing to the original creditors, and if DCAs etc carried on phoning in the meantime, they would probably be just as likely to take the BR info from me as him! He did say though, that after a couple of months, if DCAs are still chasing me for the debt, to send him the DCA details and he would deal with them.0
