Personally I prefer their own brand 7DAYSHOP "GOOD TO GO" batteries which are usually cheaper than this (or certainly not much more) as standard - they actually mention this on the product description. In various tests I've done they seem to last as long if not longer than branded ones like Eneloop.

I think most people have realised this and so they are probably trying to shift stock of the Eneloops for which there is little demand.
