As of this evening the Professional Standards Dept of the ILEX now have an interest in their lack of professional standards. I am sure that they have some, but they are not used to meeting people like me!! Few are!!!
The solicitor that acted for my ex thought that I was an idiot and treated me as such! The Law Society decided that I had a point and as a result he no longer works in this area!! Was it something I said!
The CSA had a QC that struggled and only just got through on a point of law that has since been questioned by a Judge! They are sending a LE. Lambs to the slaughter me thinks!! However never underestimate the enemy!0
