What do you think will be announced in the Comprehensive Spending Review on the 20th?

in Debate House Prices & the Economy
On October 20th, the Chancellor, George Osbourne, will announce in the Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) what cuts will be made. Anyone want to list the details of what they think will appear?

    60% cut to University budgets and max tuition fee raised to £10,000 per annum.

    DEFRA and the NPIA will go. MoJ, NOMS and YJB will be restructured and possibly folded back in to HO.
