Sorry to hear that you're having down days xx budgets are hard I've never done one and am just about to brave tackling one.
  • Good luck Taxi

Right I have called the work councilling (sp) line and have doctors appointment friday and councilling appointment monday pm. Thought I was ok, which I am if I do my ostrich act. Not sure if it will help but if Im going to look after my Sis which means dealing with Mum then I will need all the support I can get.

Mum seems ok, very lucid on the phone and sure she is ok and can deal with everything. Trouble is I am not seeing any change. Hope seeing Sis on Sat goes ok.

Workwise ok, just about to pack up and drive 3 plus hours to Hull. Sorry to you northerners but for me . Not travelled that far is a while. Ref job seem to be definately on the short list just waiting to see who joins me. Have to wait another week and a bit until date decided for next interview.

  • Saw Doc and managed not to cry so thats a good sign. He justed upped the meds which I will do to see if it helps with my procrasination. Had a good night out but shoes took their toll to I ended up back a 12. Prob also a bit concenred at seeing Mum and Sis the next day.

That went surprisingly well. A new manager who seems to agree that Sis does not need to be in bed all day, has taken her out and about - she had a bit of a tan which at first Mum thought was Jaundice!. Hair ok and clothing good. She actually smiled once and moved her head a bit. She also got annoyed a being touched. Still aim to get her home soon. Someone had looked to move her a couple of weeks ago but we dont know who. Fingers crossed its the one we really really want.

OH brought my Mothers day pressies round. Got three lovely cards, some flowers and a small jewellary box chosen by DD2. I knew the kids would chose something nice :). DD2 out at friends. DD1 jogging and DS watching TV. Me still holed up in bedroom chillaxing

  • That all sounds quite positive :-)
    LBM- finally kicked in 16/12/08 @ [strike]£41,862 [/strike] £0.00/ DFD- 24/12/13 :D

  • Feeling a bit wierd, saw councellor (sp) again and he brought up some true points

1 i need to stop being too harsh on myself
2 tackle one thing at a time ie OH and or money
3 i am depressed even though I didnt think I was

Spoke to a friend who has just split up from her hubby and instead of me helping her she was helping me! The half way thing with OH is getting a bit too confusing so I need to pull away. Makes sense but not that easy.

Going to take next week off so that will be two weeks off to try and take stock of things.

Moneywise trying to be good no major spends but little fritters on food and kids. Head in sand so not checking bank or most importantly the cc i use for expenses so need to do expenses asap and than see what is left. Im hoping not too bad but......

Job interview some point next week. This will be the second deciding one so fingers crossed.

Weather was great over the weekend, mowed the lawn for the first time in months and helped clean the pool out. Need to budget for a new cover and trampoline padding for the edge.
