'prove it' letter

hi. we got a letter from lowell saying we owe shop direct group money. they were unhelpful over the phone so i want to write to them. i know there is a tmeplate 'prove it' letter, but cna't find it? anyone know where it is? thnaks

Shop Direct never hold CCAs. They send one out with your first order and you are expected to sign it and send it back but no one ever does :beer:

Surely you should know if you owe the money so why post the question? Ive had many loans and finance over the years and knew about all of them, Its very strange how people "Forget" about money they owe. If the boot was on the other foot would you expect them remember they owe you money and to pay back what they borrowed from you? or am I missing something?

Its not always that easy. The OP was asking a straight forward question and needs a straight forward answer. Perhaps its not his debt?
