Interest Free Periods in Shops

Has anybody ever asked for 'Interest Free Periods' in quite posh shops. I have seen a branded coat I would really like but the cost is nearly £1000 ! Would it be worth asking for an interest free period to pay?

There's no harm in asking but I think you'll be disappointed. Very few places do buy now pay later these days and the ones that do are mainly aimed at the poor, like Very, who bump up their prices to start with. Notice the typical APR if you don't pay up on time.

Your better off getting a credit card with cashback and an interest free period. Apparently the card companies have clamed down on cards they offer but if you really want the coat (can cannot wait for the sales!) then maybe try?
Think Capital One and American Express and Barclays offer cashback but double check this first as I am not 100% on that.0
