10.30 Welcome to Royal and Morgan Arcades
10.30-11.00 Wenda James Rowe will talk about Colour Confidence
How to add new colours to your wardrobe and have the confidence to choose the best colour combinations.

Wearing the right colours can
Make you feel more confident
Make you feel and look younger
Save you lots of money on mistake buys
Give you focus to shop more effectively

11.00-11.30 Vintage Clothing and Recycled Fashion with Oxfam Boutique and A Vintage Affair

Workshops will run simultaneously between 12.00 and 3.00pm in the workshop room and in individual stores. You will be able to move from one to the other

The Silver Studio <LI style="tab-stops: list 36.0pt" class=ecxMsoNormal>Lucy Lilly will be creating accessories using recycled textiles.
[*]How to make changes through diet, lifestyle, and acupuncture at Health with Herbs in Royal Arcade. There will be a number of demonstrations;
- a make up artist will demonstrate using Elysambre
- Tanya DeLeersynder who makes and supplies aromatherapy products will be offering free hand massages.
- Able Acupuncture with acupuncturist, Sian Williams.

The plan caf! bar in the Morgan Arcade (voted among the top 50 cafes in Britain by The Independent) will provide a 25% discount off the bill to those attending the reader event during the day.

I remember entering this - as i only realised it was in Cardiff till it was too late and I'd submitted the answer!! And of course I won it...so asked it to be redrawn....

I just had a phone call to say I have won this too - I think becacuse a few people could not attend.

Unfortunately it's this Thursday and I can't get the time off work
