I have today finished my IPA after 3 years :beer:.
Now my questions are;

1. Can they still chase for any overpayments I had received(which I have not).

2. Am I now completely free from OR and any agencies dealing with BR.

3. If my wife goes BR , am I eligible to buy BI on my property.(She had bought BI before) . The property is both in our name.

Thanks in advance.:j

    1. Overpayments of what?

    2. You rare still legally obliged to cooperate with the OR if any query comes up about your former finances. You rae not obl;iged to tell the OR about any change in income from now on.

    3. Yes.

    Thanks fermi

    I was thinking that can the OR demand any previous Bank statements to check the financial history for the last 3 years.:eek:

    Will they send me any letter that I have finished my IPA payments?

    Overpayments were in my case sometimes made to me but on average it was the same as I am self employed.
