    Hmm dont think i've ever heard the words "trim & figure" to describe me!!

    we're fine..had a few ups & downs and now the proud parents of a 10mnth old little boy as well!! so he keeps me on my toes for sure as i'm the stay at home dad now

    Hi guys, just got back from my swim, guess what, I had poached eggs on toast for lunch, yummy!!!

    and I know I deserved it after all my hard exercise!
