    oh no :eek: i thought you were quiet...hope it has lifted today....:A

    i'm fine thanks...the tablets really helped me sleep and no nightmares...don't quite know what to do with myself today! what are you up to? x

    Well.......got to at least start the cards today, dust a little and put the tree and decorations up!! All to be done today or tomorrow!!:D

    Aim to post cards Monday......set myself a deadline!!

    hey guys, just having a wee browse whilst getting ready for my works Christmas do...paid for before BR, but a bit of a bargain - £20 for 4 course inc wine and dancing!! Shame I had an asthma attack last night, and been to (very nice) out of hours GP, who has whacked me onto prednisolone - hoping that helps!!

    I had my work xmas do last night i spent £1 all night ROFL
    i had my nebulizer before i went out to make sure i was ok - hope you stay fine - steriods will help but might take a few days to kick in
    Total Weight Loss - 28lb and counting
