It is not nice, I no longer have to worry about IPA even if they asked me now I am way below the threshold, it is a bit mean to expect people to survive with only £20 spare each month. I do hope they rethink :mad:

Ive just rung head office and been told it will definitely be this morning so at least that frees up the afternoon.

Just dragging my teenager out of bed now, as he's got some temp work distributing leaflets this week, its like waking the dead !

gggrrrr got my online bill from BT, they have charged me £39.99 for a mobile dongle which they were supposed to be sending it me free because they messed up my broadband when I moved house. When I rang up to complain, the bloke said I should never have been told that and will not be getting a refund....I said I definately will be getting a refund, gave the name of the person and time and date of the initial call. Reluctantly he is going to 'look into it'.
