    Morning Falze and Loo :)

Falze, to save you wading through it !! we completed on the MRS on Oct 18th :j so we are now tenants in what used to be our home, but just thankful we didn't go through repo and eviction.

How are you? Seem to keep missing you in here :D x

    Hello Conf :A

We are wet and muddy from the walk but it was definitely worth the effort! Just doing half an hour really seems to lift my mood a bit, so im definitely going to try and keep it up. Just don't want to wear out my old arthritic boy (though he does bound round like a big puppy :D).

Im also trying to get to bed at a reasonable time, much to Mr AP's delight, so I think more sleep is helping too :). Next on the list tackling my bloomin CV, seem to have gone round in circles with it, im useless at that sort of thing, but I think there is a job club at the library to help with it all that so need to give them a ring.

Never mind on WW hun, im not suprised after all we ate at the nov xmas weekend!! Wasn't Phil's OH cake delicious!

Glad you found an egg poacher too! We have a metal one thats donkeys years old passed down by my Mum, but it works a treat. Sounds like you got a right bargain :)

Enjoy your walk later hun xxx

Thanks for the CV offer hun. Ive just rung the library and they do a job workshop there on a Tuesday, so Im going to drag a friend along with me next week and see what help is about. Once I get it more organised I will definitely run it by you too, thank you :)

Know how you feel about sleeping patterns, it makes all the difference to how you get through the next day. Hope you can get it sorted soon.
