Thanks for the above Loo.
I second it too. The Inn is here for everyone to chat, whether you are a newbie, a lurker, a regular or just popping in from another part of MSE to say Hi.
We are all friendly and its a good place to let off steam, have a laugh or a moan or just be silly(we're good at that
)
Everyone welcome, free drinks, free food and people who understand what you are going through xx

We used to have a tree when I was little. Plus an open fire to roast them on a shovel.

Morning all.
I hardly ever get the time to come on here now, been so busy.
Hope everyone is ok, I am sitting looking at birthday and christmas presents, and get the best stuff for the least amount of money!0 -

Hi Doucam
Its not long is it
Have you many to buy for? We have loads of Dec birthdays on top of xmas, but im not worrying too much. Tried to do some homemade bits for gifts this year0 -
Hi Angie!
I have eldest son's birthday on the 18th and youngest on 12th January so either side of the main event!
They both know what they want and the eldest one wants one thing to have as joint birthday/christmas which makes it a bit easier.0 -

18th ! Snap ishMy husbands and his twin sisters joint 50th
My son is early feb, but he often has something joint for xmas, it makes it a little easier doesn't it ! (mind you after the mobile phone bill he's just run up  he's probably getting nothing !!!!!!)
And the good thing about Jan birthdays is everything is on sale after xmax so that helps too!0 -
So I went to order stuff off of Debenhams site in the sale and they won't accept my co-op visa card - have started a thread to try and see which stores are still doing this so I can send them my special letter!
So rang my mum and she has done the order for me - of 2 remote control helicopters which were originally £25 each got them for £12.50 each with a further 10% off thanks to a code so am getting them both for less than we could have paid for one!
I do have to admit though that I wasn't going to get them those at all but at that price it would be rude not to eh?!!0 -
Thats a bargain Doucam!
Pain about the card though. Not done much online shoping with ours so will be interested to read your thread.0 -
