Automatic Discharge

Hi Everyone,

I used to be a regular here but forgot my old log in details, d'oh!!

My automatic discharge date came up 6th October but as luck would have it, the Insolvency Register is down and I can't double check.

What do I do now? Do I receive a letter? Do I work on cleaning my credit file?

Please help!!

Thanks in advance xx

yeah it down for another 2 weeks

you wont' get a letter but when its back up and running log on and print a loads of copies off

i wouldn't start the clean up for about 3 months or so.

I've got just over a month to AD and i've started to get my letters ready for clean up

depends on the receiver some write some dont...the i.s site register is usually accepted but contact your or's office they can send you a letter confirming discharge free of charge

leave it a month or two then start on tackling your clean up
