The Mortgage Works (TMW) - where?

Hello All

I have found some great rates on TMW website for "Prime Mortgages". Where do I find a TMW agent in Suffolk (Bury St Edmunds).

Are there any recommendations good or bad for TME?

thanks & regards

Have you checked the arrangement fees on them?

    Can be very high.

yes 2%, but on a big amount with a low interest rate, it still works out cheaper....

May be worth speaking to a 'Whole of Market; broker to see if there are any alternatives available.

If not they will be able to get access to TMW for you

    Are you sure?

You can go direct to them, but its a non advised service so everything is done at your own risk.

Best option is to go to a whole of market broker who will get the best deal for you and include TMW in their research
