I am 99% sure that you cannot officially sub let whilst co-ownership own part of your property but I can't see how they would know. They do visit you after you have been in the property for 2 months but don't check for tennants etc.
What is the value of the properties that he is looking @? If you PM I could give you an idea of what he would be paying in comparsion to my fees.“A house is made of walls and beams;a home is built with love and dreams.”2012 Challenge to buy most gifts and non essentials from money made online.:money:0
