If they use the same delivery company for all next-day orders, you will get an email in the morning on the day of delivery telling you a one-hour timeframe in which the package will be delivered. You can also go to the "tracking" button on your account at Yours on the day of delivery and the time-slot will be there, too. So if you don't get that by like 10am, there is probably a problem and you should contact them rather than wait in.

Got mine today, loved the maxi dress! Would've gone back to order another but the sale is done!

I had email saying it would be delivered today between 9am and 6pm, once 6pm came and went thats when I phoned them, Ive used them loads of times but not used next day delivery before, didnt know they emailed you in the morning either.

They emailed me the day before with a similar thing, that delivery is between 9-6 or 9-7 (can't recall), but this morning I got the other email. I ordered from them twice before and it was the same way -- on the day of delivery they gave me a one-hour delivery slot, which I think is soooo helpful even if I'm in all day anyway so that I know when to look for them and not be in the middle of anything noisy like vacumming or taking a shower when they're expected to arrive. Sorry you waited for nothing, I've done that before and it's very annoying!

First time ive used this company and i have to say i am so impressed!! The clothes are really good quality and the delivery was so fast. i ordered Sunday afternoon and they arrived at 9.52am today.
Will definately use them again
